Ascentor, part of Amtivo Group, is delighted to announce the acquisition of Secure Business Computing Solutions (SBCS). The acquisition will start to diversify Ascentor’s client group and bring additional capacity and supplementary skills to the consulting team.
Formed in 2012, SBCS is a leading Cyber Security Consultancy providing consultancy, design & implementation and managed security services, working with customers to help reduce risk from cyber-attack to safeguard organisations critical information assets.

This announcement is the first acquisition for Ascentor since being acquired by Amtivo Group in the summer of 2021. The acquisition is the first for the Amtivo Group in 2022.
